Chief Operating Officer
Chris Bilz is the Chief Operating Officer of Queen King Dental, where he leads operations, strategy and the integration of forward-thinking technologies designed to elevate both patient experience and clinical outcomes. With a background in business and running a wellness centre, he brings a whole-person, preventative approach to dental practice management. Chris is focused on integrating advanced wellness technologies such as InLight Therapy® to support healing, comfort and overall patient well-being.
Amabell
Office Manager
Amabell is fluent in English and Tagalog, and she’s known for making patients feel welcomed, heard, and supported from the moment they arrive. She loves connecting with people—helping them clearly understand their treatment options, answering questions with patience, and guiding them through insurance approvals so the process feels simple and stress-free.
She joined our team in 2021 as Lead Assistant, advanced to Treatment Coordinator supporting multiple dentists, and now serves as our Office Manager. In this role, she works closely with Dr. Simali to keep the practice running smoothly, train new team members, and ensure each day’s schedule and patient flow are organized, on time, and attentive to individual needs. Amabell takes pride in her work and upholds integrity in everything she does, always focusing on creating a calm, positive experience for our patients.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and family, watching movies, and listening to motivational podcasts.
Lisa
Treatment Coordinator
Lisa is the Treatment Coordinator and has been in the dental field for many years in a variety of roles. She’s dedicated to creating a warm, welcoming environment where patients feel at ease and valued from the moment they walk in. Outside the office, Lisa enjoys spending time on the water with her family, making memories on their boat and escaping to the sunny south during the off-season.
Brittany
Lead Registered Dental Hygienist
An integral part of our team since 2021, Brittany has been a caring and compassionate dental hygienist since 2015. She loves interacting with her patients and coworkers and does everything she can to educate those in her care about the significant connections between oral and overall health. In her spare time, Brittany enjoys time with her husband, Steven, and their two cats. She also loves playing soccer as often as time allows.

Registered Dental Hygienist
Nancy Martins is a dental hygienist with over a decade of experience and a graduate of George Brown College. She is known for her gentle, patient-centred approach and her commitment to delivering comfortable, high-quality preventive care.
Honey
Registered Dental Hygienist
With experience in the dental field since 2018, Honey is passionate about preventive oral health and patient education. Known for her gentle touch and meticulous attention to detail, she helps patients feel comfortable, informed, and at ease throughout their hygiene visits. Her focus is always on delivering thorough, compassionate care while supporting each patient’s long-term oral health.
Outside the clinic, Honey enjoys spending quality time with her family. She values building genuine, trusting relationships with her patients and looks forward to helping them maintain healthy, confident smiles.
Raman
Lead Invisalign Assistant
With more than 17 years of experience in the field, Raman is dedicated to her work and takes pleasure in helping patients achieve and maintain a healthy smile. Raman is comfortable working with patients of all ages, but her favourite part of the job is being a team member in treating Invisalign patients. In her free time, Raman enjoys working on her artistic skills and experimenting with art, painting, and epoxy resin.
Megha
Dental Assistant/Receptionist
Megha is a dentist from India who graduated in 2021 and joined Queen King Dental in April 2024 as a dental assistant and receptionist. She is gaining Canadian clinical experience under the guidance of Dr. Garach while working toward becoming a licensed dentist in Canada. Known for her warm, calm approach and attention to detail, Megha supports both the clinical and front desk teams to ensure patients feel comfortable and well cared for.
Outside of the office, Megha enjoys travelling and trying diverse cuisines.
Danijela
Front Desk Receptionist
Danijela is a warm and compassionate individual, she possesses an innate ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for everyone who enters her domain. As a devoted mother, she embodies her role with grace and contentment, dedicating the same level of care to her professional responsibilities as she does to her family. Her natural enthusiasm infuses the office with a vibrant energy and she is always prepared to assist and uplift those around her. Her radiant smile serves as a daily reminder that kindness is the most precious virtue one can cultivate.

Dental Assistant
I am a caring and approachable Dental Assistant who loves helping patients feel relaxed, understood, and well looked after during their dental visits. I support the clinical team with chairside assisting, sterilization, and treatment setup, while focusing on creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere. I enjoy taking the time to explain procedures in a gentle, reassuring way and building trust so every patient leaves feeling comfortable and confident in their care.

Dental Assistant
Natasha grew up in Elliott Lake and completed her Level 2 Dental Assisting program at Cambrian College. She works closely with Dr. Kwon Kim in both the office and surgical settings, supporting patient care across multiple locations. Outside of the practice, she loves spending time with her two boys, partner, and their golden retriever, Holly, on the outskirts of Tavistock.

Dental Assistant
I completed my Bachelor of Dental Surgery in India in 2021 and have been working in dentistry ever since. As a Dental Assistant enjoy supporting both patients and the dental team to help create a comfortable and positive experience at every visit. I take pride in my calm, caring approach and love helping patients feel at ease in the dental chair. Outside of the clinic, I enjoy spending time outdoors, especially hiking and being in nature.

Dental Assistant
Passionate about dentistry, Serin came to Canada from India with a Bachelor of Science in Dentistry. Since 2022, she has worked tirelessly at Dr. Simali’s side, who has mentored her on what it takes to be a dentist in Canada. A committed professional, Serin treats all her patients with the compassion, honesty, and respect they deserve.
